Post 1 : Workload Reality Check

How many treatments is your “ideal” day?

Not your busiest day—your ideal, sustainable day.

  • 3–4?

  • 5–6?

  • More?

And what makes that number work for you—physical energy, client type, schedule, something else?

Curious how different this looks across RMTs in Nova Scotia.

Depends on the day and types of treatments for me. I have found some days I'm exhausted after 4 heavy treatments while other days 6 seem like a breeze.

I can comfortably treat 4-5 clients a day as long as I ensure to take a 20-30 minute break to refuel. I have done 6 a day but my preference is 5.

I do warm up my joints and I stretch between clients.
